Custom-build your AI analyzer for restaurant back-office data
You think the platform takes 31%. It may really be 51.5%. Has your store done the math?
We don't sell SaaS and leave you to figure it out. We pull the data scattered across your POS, platform, and payout reports back into line, then build it into an instrument that answers your questions with a verdict, every day.
A 30-minute first diagnostic. You bring the statement, we do the math. Nobody pitches you a course.
01|How we prove it
How we find your true commission rate
The platform page says 31%. That doesn't make your real cost 31%. Put POS revenue, platform orders, payouts, and your share of promo costs on the same table, and only then can you see how much of every NT$100 you sell actually makes it back to the store.
31% and 51.5% come from one public case over a set period, full-cost basis. Results vary by store.
Bring your statementsPut your POS, platform-order, and payout reports side by side.
Line up the dataMap fields, align timestamps, remove duplicates, and keep every discrepancy on record.
Rebuild the basisRebuild revenue, costs, and fees on one traceable basis.
Find the true rateProduce results you can rerun, and explain where every gap comes from.
02|Anti-success doctrine
Why does someone else's success story die the moment it moves into your store?
Success gurus sell you their past. We measure your present, alongside you.
When a store made it back then, it may have hit the right category, location, rent, delivery-platform windfall, and owner talent all at once. That moment can't be copied, and it won't fit on your P&L.
We don't sell experience. We sell an instrument + hands-on support. We opened two stores of our own as a lab and run this system on real money every day. When our call is wrong, we're the first to pay for it.
03|Six decisions
Six pain points. Six diagnostic methods. One decision path.
We sell verdicts, not charts. Every section starts with a question owners actually ask, and ends with the call: do you move today, and where do you move first?
Pain pointOur methodDecision it drives
01
How much is the platform really taking?
Put the three ledgers (POS, platform, payouts) on one table and make them testify against each other
Of every NT$100 you sell, how much ends up in your pocket
Put POS revenue, platform orders, payouts, and promo cost-sharing back on one basis, then find where the gaps come from and which fields need chasing down.
02
Today tanked. Real problem, or normal swing?
First measure what a normal Tuesday looks like at your store, then judge whether today is actually odd
Whether to panic, and what to check first
Same-weekday distributions, outlier-resistant statistics, and the weather and promo facts of the case separate a real incident from the swings this store always has.
03
Is the promo making money, or just making full-price customers cheaper?
Count who would have bought without the promo, and how many extra orders it really brought in
Extend it, change it, or kill it
Lots of redemptions don't mean lots of extra sales. Separate new demand from full-price customers who just switched to the deal, and you'll see what the promo actually created.
04
Is the new item winning customers, or is it friendly fire?
Add up the new item and its sibling items to see whether the market actually grew
Extra profit, or left pocket to right pocket
Look at the new item alone and you'll pop the champagne. Add up the whole item family and you'll see whether the market really grew, or your old items' customers just moved house.
05
Are you actually past break-even?
Look past the average: how close your worst days come to going under
How many days of cushion you have left, and how much you lose in the worst case
An average lets the good days cover for the bad ones. Beyond the break-even threshold, you need to know whether your worst stretch can survive.
06
Is your reason the real reason?
Put your explanation in the ring with every other plausible one, and let the data knock them out
Which story survives, and how to test it next
At one store, congee looks like the perfect summer item. Line up two stores and it looks more like a store-age curve. Summer happening at the same time doesn't make it the cause.
04|Delivery
The data's all there. So why can't you get an answer?
01
30-minute diagnostic
Bring one platform statement. We pin down the question and the gaps in your data.
02
Crosswalk rebuild
We align items, channels, stores, promos, and reporting bases by hand. This isn't free onboarding. It's the core of the custom engineering.
03
Instrument handover
We turn your data into a rerunnable analyzer and a verdict screen, not a report that's dead the moment you finish reading it.
04
Hands-on calibration
Over real operating cycles, we tune thresholds, handle exceptions, and keep a traceable record of every call.
05|Conflict boundary
Will the operating data you hand over end up as your competitor's playbook?
To protect service quality and client data security, we work with only one business per area among direct competitors.
Whether two businesses compete head-on depends on area, category, price band, and format, judged together, and we make the final call. We don't publish our client list or name any brand.
06|Start with one bill
Don't buy a system yet. Bring one statement and get your first question answered properly.

07|FAQ
Ground rules, up front.
My POS isn't iCHEF. Can you still do it?
Yes. The analyzer is built from your store's own data, so iCHEF, Dudoo POS, inline reservations, even a homemade Excel ledger can all plug in. Our own two stores run on iCHEF, so that's what the case screenshots show. Nothing more to it.
Is this a subscription SaaS?
No. SaaS hands you a tool and tells you to figure it out yourself. We first reconcile the books scattered across your systems, build them into an instrument that answers your questions every day, then sit down and read it with you.
Will you take my data and open a store against me?
No, and it's in the contract: we will not use your data to open a rival store in your category, on your turf. We take on only one client among direct competitors in the same area, precisely so that promise holds.
What do I need for the first diagnostic?
One platform statement, plus a POS or in-store report for the same period. In 30 minutes we work out the first answer and flag the gaps in your data.
What if I don't sign on after the diagnostic?
Then you leave with one number worked out properly, and we don't land a client. Nobody loses.
