MENTAL GYM
Journal of thinking · One-on-one sparring
Some questions don’t need an answer yet.
Start with one essay. Look again at the judgments you make on autopilot, and see what else they might be hiding. Mental Gym is Wesley Juan’s journal of thinking, and a place to work out your reasons, slowly, until they’re clear.
Restaurant Intelligence · Decision Engine
Your POS keeps one ledger. The platforms keep another. The payouts keep a third. RESTAURANT INTELLIGENCE reconciles three ledgers that never agree onto one basis: for every NT$100 you sell, how much actually makes it back to the store. We open our own stores, run our own numbers, and take our own hits. First we calculate your true commission rate. Then we talk about whether to move.
Three ledgers, one basis: POS, platform orders, and payout statements, reconciled. Every discrepancy gets a written explanation.
Six questions owners actually ask: commission, pricing, new items, break-even. Every chart ends in a decision.
We run our own stores. Two locations are the lab. When we call it wrong, we pay first.
LIVE · SKIN IN THE GAME
AI consultants are everywhere. Whose P&L is their advice actually plugged into?
The numbers below are calculated automatically every night at 23:15 (Taipei time) from the orders at our own two stores. Not a case-study screenshot. It’s live.
I’ve already been the lab rat. You just come shopping.

Civic Oversight · Council questions service
4Force runs a civic oversight service for council members, constituency offices, campaign teams and civic groups. Every day we go through public procurement, budget, final-accounts and subsidy data to find questions, then deliver lines of questioning, council scripts and short videos with the original sources attached. The question, the arithmetic, the sources, the county's likely explanation and the next follow-up are on your desk before the session starts. We work across parties and throughout Taiwan.
Naming it: the National Audit Office does that every year.
Following up: that takes someone speaking in the council chamber.
Every day we go through public procurement, budget, final-accounts and subsidy data to find the questions worth asking. Each one comes with links to the original notices and page numbers, so the other side can open them and run the same numbers.
We write each question into lines of questioning and a council script: the facts, the sources, the government's likely explanation and the next follow-up. We also turn it into a 60-second short video script. One hour of recording yields a week of council videos.
These 17 published videos on county government were made with this system. Number checks, issue discovery and petition routing, each one with its method and original sources.
Case videos · every one with its method and sources
The engine behind it · AAI · Active Audit Intelligence
These questions come out of crawlers we write ourselves, algorithms we build ourselves and statistics we run ourselves. AAI is a structure analysis engine. It takes masses of data that look unrelated and computes them into relationships, concentration and distribution you can actually read. Every conclusion traces back to the raw data. Computable. Traceable. Open to re-verification.
Live now: 4,446 committee-scored public tenders from the Pingtung County Government, 2023–2026. Who keeps winning, who keeps judging, how many days bidders got to prepare. All searchable. The four ledgers in EP22 were read line by line and checked item by item with the same method. The numbers are yours. What they mean is on you.

The moment a customer Googles you, an AI summarizes you, or a friend forwards you: is there one place that tells them in three seconds who you are, why you’re worth trusting, and what to do next?
4force OnePage builds you a brand front door that Google can read, AI can cite, and customers can forward. Social media is where you light the fire. This page is your home base in the AI era.
Don’t take my word for it. Search Google for “4force lab 萬合天宜”. This is how the machine describes us right now:
4force lab (Wanhe Tianyi Co., Ltd.) is an integrated marketing consultancy based in Pingtung, Taiwan. It offers brand strategy, owned-media management, and hands-on restaurant brand operations, and develops its own AAI public-procurement structure analysis system. Not to be confused with Wanhe Tianyi, the Beijing film and TV company of the same name; the two are separate entities.
About · Method
“Integrated marketing” has been used to death. It usually means “we take on anything.”
So do we.
The difference: before we take it on, we tell you whether doing it now just burns money.
If it won’t make money, we say so. If you still want it after that, it’s your call, and we do it.
We built MeiMei Hotpot and AAI ourselves, from zero to live operations. Client work gets the same people and the same method.
Occam’s Razor
If fewer assumptions explain the problem, don’t pile on more. 4force lab takes the razor to budgets: first cut everything that doesn’t affect the result. What’s left is what’s worth paying for.
Five services
First we find where your brand is stuck: it can’t explain itself, the content never lasts, one restaurant needs to become several, or you’re missing an outside advisor who understands business. Then we pick the fix: strategy, content, visuals, channels, or on-the-ground operations.
01
Good product, but you can’t say what makes it different?
Usually it’s not a talking problem. Even the owner hasn’t decided which customers to walk away from.
Positioning is exclusion, not packaging. Nobody can make that call for you. We lay out the options and what each one costs.
02
Want to make content but can’t get past episode eight?
It’s rarely a shortage of topics. It’s reinventing the format every single episode.
We’ve produced our own shows, built our own studio, and boiled everything we’ve said down to a structure you can repeat. So the question isn’t “should we do it.” It’s which cadence your capacity can actually hold.
03
You can open a restaurant. Copying the brand is another matter. Menu, storefront, launch, franchising: we turn what one store got right into a playbook store number two can follow. We’ve opened two of our own.
04
Visuals, video, copy.
Bought separately, all three are cheap, and plenty of shops will do them faster than we do.
The catch: every cheap piece has to explain who you are all over again. Whatever you saved, you pay back by the fourth one.
05
Need an outside advisor who gets business? We become your customer and walk through every promise on your website. Wherever it breaks, we hand it back to the department that owns it: product, support, engineering, data, business model. We name who fixes it and what gets fixed first.

The Principal
AI can generate anything except a person willing to put their name on it.
Every 4Force Lab project runs with the Principal’s name on the work and name on the numbers. I do what I say. If something goes wrong, you can find me.
4force isn’t a traditional company. It’s a task force, assembled mission by mission from real human experts and systems we built ourselves. That’s the “force” in the name. We operate like Anonymous, but I’m not anonymous. I’m the one you can look up and verify. Every promise is carried under my name.
