The method behind this video

  1. Put the sixteen petitions sent to the Control Yuan from late March to late June and their replies in chronological order.
  2. Compare referrals to the county, agency replies and the prosecutorial disposition to identify facts no agency took up.
  3. Check Control Yuan terms and nominations to establish the practical state of that oversight route.
  4. Continue with public accounts and procurement records that can be checked repeatedly, and pursue the audit route.

Video description

Show video description

The public description organizes three issues: the Control Yuan had no members at that time, no agency took up facts recorded in the prosecutorial disposition, and the county replied that it would not act under Article 173 of the Administrative Procedure Act.

The video follows petitions, referrals, replies and the prosecutorial disposition to locate gaps in oversight. It then explains the move to checking public accounts, procurement and policy plans and taking the questions to the audit authorities.
